Even though my background is for the most part in the channel, I am also quite realistic when it comes to the future and to be frank, the lack of expertise of  most resellers.

But even if I do understand that most vendors deal direct and for a large part have moved over to a subscription based model … how are you going to grow and connect on a local level with your customer base?
